Happy 2024 to you all! Please excuse my scratchy voice in this video from the never-ending flu of 2023 – I hope it didn’t hunt you down and infect you too.
I really want to encourage you to absorb all the juicy goodness from this video, it explains some of the most powerful tools and coaching concepts I use with my clients; basically how to create what you really want. Manifesting is a bit of a polarising word – some love it and some hate it – like Marmite. I love Marmite and I’m OK with manifesting, although I think it can drum up ideas of waving wands on hilltops and hoping your wants and desires will fall into your lap. When actually I think it’s a very practical and action oriented process, with some essential energetics and universal laws thrown in.
This is a big year, for myself and lots of people in my life there are a huge amount of really important things happening and being called in this year, which makes it all the more helpful to get super clear on your intentions to create and get to work on bringing those heartfelt dreams into reality. It’s fun and hard work and sooooo worth it.
Join me to take a very grounded approach to manifesting and the next steps are coming very soon in Feb’s video – watch this space.
Sending so much love! xx

Personal Development Unveiled: Progress, Not Perfection

What is intuition? The dictionary definition of intuition is 'the ability to understand something instinctively, without the need for conscious reasoning'. I like this because we have learned that our thinking brains (the reasoning parts) are very useful but can be...
