Spring is here and it’s the perfect time for your dreams and goals to blossom. The energy of new life, creation and transformation is in the air, but what is the best way to harness it effectively? Read on my friend and I will reveal all…
I believe the process of manifesting your dreams involves you and the universe, or the divine – whatever you want to call it. It is a co-creation between your energy and actions and the universal energy and laws.
To keep it really simple I like to think of two layers that are essential to bringing your dreams into reality:
- Taking aligned, consistent action towards your goal/ dream
- Cultivating the energetic vibration that encourages your dream to move towards you (think Law of Attraction)
Let’s get into it in a little more detail…here are some specific tools and tasks you can apply:
Layer 1 – Aligned, consistent action towards your dream
-
- Write down a clear and inspiring vision of your dream as if were your reality now
- Create a vision board with words and images to elicit the feeling your wish being fulfilled
- Develop a practical strategy, with action steps, to build your dream experience
- Complete the actions from c. on a regular basis
Layer 2 – Cultivate your energetic vibration to draw your dream towards you
-
- Tune into your intuition for guidance and insight into your dream
- Using your intuitive guidance (and your self-awareness) create a self-care ritual which evokes the feeling of your dream
- Schedule regular actions based on your ritual (above) in order to maintain your vibration
Without context the above lists can be a bit theoretical, so let me give you an example…
Layer 1 example – my client wanted to build her dream career. She crafted a clear, inspiring written version of her dream, now she knows exactly what she wants and has considered how she will feel when she is living it. From that place she creates a vision board to capture the feelings and to constantly remind herself of her ‘why’ and where she’s headed. Using the clarity and excitement she has cultivated around her career dream; she develops a strategy of practical action steps. For example, crafting her CV, networking with relevant industry leaders etc. This strategy is broken down into daily & weekly tasks which she commits to completing. E.g., Apply for one ideal job role per day or spend X time per weekday researching job opportunities.
I’ll continue to use the same example for Layer 2, the energetic alignment piece. My client and I use oracle cards as a tool to tap into her intuition around her dream job role. My client and I uncover that her critical self-talk has been holding her back from making progress. We decide on a daily self-love ritual to cultivate positive and encouraging thoughts and feelings about herself, especially in the area of career. She spends 2 – 3 minutes saying positive affirmations into the mirror each morning e.g. I am talented, I am capable, I am an asset to my team, I have what it takes to be successful etc. As time passes her affirmations start to take root, and she is getting positive reinforcement by completing the practical actions described in part 1, she is feeling more positive and confident, which leads to more creative solutions and taking more action, which leads to tangible results.
You can see by engaging Layer 1 and Layer 2 you are creating a powerful manifestation process which not only ensures you are taking aligned, practical action, but you’re also becoming the person who believes and feels your dream life belongs to you. This means your energy is aligned with the universal energy and your dream is being drawn towards you, just as rapidly as you are moving towards it.

Morning Rituals To Cultivate Joy
