How to heal from perfectionism

Making this video was all about imperfection!! It was a real lesson in how to be ‘good enough’ even though it felt like things kept going wrong. I recorded it after a mammoth couple of months at work and the day before I left for my honeymoon, brain fry was very real. Then my team and I were delayed again and again with the editing, publishing and promo process – finally, here it is – very imperfect and hopefully valuable and helpful to you – you can be the judge!

Perfectionism sucks! It keeps us stuck, it slows us down and it makes us feel like we are not good enough. We released this now because there are is so much scope to fall into the perfectionism trap over the festive season, especially with New Year resolutions – so please, please watch this video so you can choose connection and authenticity over perfectionism, which make for a much more fun, relaxed and enjoyable time.
